Tacia is now a teenager!

Oh what an important birthday this seemed to be for our little girl. For years she has tried so hard to "catch up" with her brothers and sister. Today was to be that day but I think that she will confess now that it really feels no different. There are just new things for her to catch up on :) We celebrated the day by having a few friends and family over for cake and ice cream. Tacia had opted for a gift verses a big party. We had been hinted to about her just "knowing" what her gift would be. So, we had to have a little fun with her. James went to the store and got a movie that we had been planning to buy for months, "Kung Foo Panda" We wrapped it up in a box that would have been able to fit the gift Tacia was expecting. She was shaking as she went through all her presents. She was just so excited to get this "certain" gift from us. As she got to our gift another friend walked in the door. He brought her a gift as well so she had to wait just a few more minutes. Finally no other distractions, it was here. As she pulled back the wrapping and opened the box tears streamed down her face. She said nothing. I could not wait any longer ... the poor thing had been trembling as she opened each gift in anticipation ... I threw her over her "real" gift. She was MOST excited! Happy birthday sweet little girl. We love you more than words can express.
